In our case, there was a landslide that blocked Jebel Jais park (the advertised destination) a couple weeks before. Provider did not cancel the trip nor did they notify us beforehand when coordinating. If they had, we would have rescheduled. Once we hit the roadblock preventing us from going up, we asked for alternative hikes. Driver said there were none and simply stated all we could do was walk around the side of the road and take…”
